That seems a bit slow.  Even quite elderly people are able to easily manage 20 km/hr on a bicycle.  Which, if I&#039;ve got the maths right, is about 50% faster than the pace you give.

same as the rights and duties of the driver of any vehicle on the roadway.&quot;

This should read &quot;... any other vehicle on the roadway.&quot;  Bicycles are vehicles.

3.  &quot;10.  Communicate with car drivers.  Following the standard traffic rules for right-of-way generally means your will intentions will be predictible.&quot;

4.  &quot;For longer distances or on hot days,you may find it necessary clean up upon arrival.&quot;
