OK, I have four comments

1. “At an easy riding pace you can travel
one mile on a bicycle in about seven minutes.”

Kevin’s comment:
That seems a bit slow. Even quite elderly people are able to easily manage 20 km/hr on a bicycle. Which, if I’ve got the maths right, is about 50% faster than the pace you give.

2. “The rights and duties of people operating bicycles on a roadway are the
same as the rights and duties of the driver of any vehicle on the roadway.”

This should read “… any other vehicle on the roadway.” Bicycles are vehicles.

3. “10. Communicate with car drivers. Following the standard traffic rules for right-of-way generally means your will intentions will be predictible.”

Kevin’s comment: The first “will” should be deleted.

4. “For longer distances or on hot days,you may find it necessary clean up upon arrival.”

Should be “… to clean up upon arrival.”
