Such smooth video! This weekend I’ll finally get around to showing you some of Keri Caffrey’s video of our two rides in Orlando earlier this month. My excuse for not posting it sooner: The first two weeks of a new semester are very busy.

So, anyway, this video shows the proper lane positioning on a 4-lane urban street with narrow lanes. Bicycles get to take the lane. Cars must pass using the left lane.

    My legs are sore today because I spent yesterday afternoon standing on the pedals stabilizing video while the bike bounced on nasty pavement under me. But helmet cam totally pays off when you need to turn your head to capture something :-)

    That’s the second incident of that type of abusive honking this week. Dr. Mills and I were treated to one of those on Monday. So it was even more meaningful to have a bodyguard pop out and spank the motorist.
