		<description>I agree with you and am glad to see the judge proceeding with stiff charges.  In my work as a paramedic, I rarely see an &quot;accident&quot; that didn&#039;t originate from someone first making an absurd decision to act carelessly.</description>

		<description>I agree with you totally! Forgiveness is divine, and personal... it is not the domain of the justice system. If we are ever going to get a grip on traffic justice in this country, we are going to have to use the courts (as one of many tools) to demand careful and responsible driving as a requirement to have the privilege. 15mph over the speed limit (especially with reduced sight lines) is irresponsible. Condoning it puts all of us at risk as our system degrades.</description>
