As I’ve said before, I do not refer to college students as “kids” because they are adults. Referring to them as kids is insulting.
That said, the kids are back in town! They moved into MSU yesterday. And today they are swarming around campus and downtown on their bicycles — riding like children.
To all of Springfield’s college students: I’m glad you’re back! I’m glad you’re riding your bicycles! Now it’s time to start riding like adults. Please feel free to contact me for help, advice, or anything else you might need to make riding in Springfield fun and safe.
