The city council of Columbia, Missouri may suspend the Bicycle Harassment Ordinance. Apparently a lot of people were upset about it.

I find Wade’s reversal surprising considering he was the guy who finally suggested it pass with some modifications. He was totally opposed, said he would not vote for it and had a long explanation why. By the end of the discussion, he completely changed his mind and suggested it pass with modifications. Now, he’s back to his original vote. I don’t get it.
