		<description>The rack doesn&#039;t look to be anchored into the ground.  Why don&#039;t you just drag it to a better location?  

I&#039;ve relocated about seven racks over the last two years.  

Of course, a rack that isn&#039;t anchored into the ground has rather obvious security issues!!</description>
