I arrived at my polling place this morning at 5:45. I was one of two cyclists. And there were 20 people already in line. By the time the poll opened at 6:00, there were at least 100 people in line. The line doubled in size by the time I finished voting about 15 minutes later.
It’s going to be a wild ride today
I’m planning on riding (not wildly) around town taking in the scene. The weather should be wonderful.
I’ll start my day at the Mudhouse. I have a few papers to grade and some web to surf. Then I’ll strike off to watch the election unfold.
I won’t be posting anything about the election here. That would be off topic. You may follow my coverage on Rhetorica.
